Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using ONE1 you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login details secure. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and to keep it up to date. You may not impersonate another person, create an account on someone else's behalf without permission, or use another user's account without authorisation. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.

When using the Service you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
• Upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, hack, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated methods to extract data from the Service except through means we explicitly provide.
• Manipulate stats, results, or competitive records dishonestly.

We may remove content or restrict access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

You keep ownership of the content you submit to ONE1, such as your profile details and images. By submitting content you grant us a licence to host, display, and use it as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not break these Terms.

ONE1 hosts league structures, results, and statistics submitted by league operators and players. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data entered by league staff or users, and the management of individual leagues is the responsibility of the people who run them. ONE1 provides the platform but does not control the day to day decisions of independent leagues.

Crowns are a virtual currency used inside ONE1. They are earned through activity on the platform, such as quests, challenges and match statistics. Crowns cannot be bought with real money.

• No cash value. Crowns, shop items, battle pass rewards, accolades and other virtual items have no monetary value. They are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them within the Service, not property, and they cannot be sold, traded, exchanged for money, or moved between accounts.
• Changes to the economy. Earn rates, prices, caps and rewards are part of a live game economy and may change as we balance it. We may also correct or reverse Crowns and items that were granted in error, obtained through a bug, or obtained by breaking these Terms.
• If your account closes. Crowns and virtual items are lost when an account is deleted or terminated, and are not refunded or transferred.

Rings, fonts, avatar decorations, titles and similar cosmetic items are unlocked in different ways: some through the battle pass, some through Pro, some awarded by us by hand, and some tied to an event. A cosmetic is only displayed while you still meet the condition it was unlocked under, so Pro cosmetics stop showing if Pro lapses and time limited items stop showing when they expire. Where we state that an item is permanent once earned, such as an event ring, it stays with your account whether or not you remain a Pro member.

We may withdraw a cosmetic that was awarded in error or obtained by breaking these Terms.

ONE1 hosts giveaways and reward schemes, some run by us and some run by independent leagues using our tools. Entry never requires a payment or a Pro membership. Where a prize is offered by a league, that league is responsible for providing it, and any additional rules or eligibility requirements they set apply alongside these Terms.

We may void entries and withdraw prizes where an entrant uses multiple accounts, automation, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash unless we say otherwise.

Some features let you claim an item or a record by submitting supporting evidence, such as a screenshot. You must only submit material you are entitled to share, and you must not include other people's personal information in it. Submitting false or altered evidence is a breach of these Terms and may result in the claim being refused and your account being restricted. Claims are reviewed by us or by the relevant league, and we cannot guarantee that any claim will be approved or reviewed within a given time.

ONE1 includes an AI assistant that answers questions about the platform using data from it. Its answers are generated automatically, may be incomplete or wrong, and should not be relied on for any decision that matters. It is not professional advice of any kind. Official records such as results, standings and statistics are the pages themselves, not what the assistant says about them. Please do not enter personal or sensitive information into it. Your questions are sent to our AI provider so an answer can be generated, as described in our Privacy Policy.

XI Media is our in house media arm. If you request a design, a broadcast, or other media work, or you take part in a stream we produce, you agree that we may produce, publish and reuse that coverage, including clips and graphics featuring your username, profile image, team and match footage, to report on and promote competition on the platform. Materials we create remain ours. Nothing here transfers ownership of your own content to us beyond the licence described above.

The Service connects with third party platforms, including Discord for accounts and our bot, and Stripe for payments. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

We work to keep the Service running reliably, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error free, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ONE1 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, or for any loss of data, results, or records. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

ONE1 Pro is a paid, optional membership. It is cosmetic and convenience only: it does not affect your stats, your ranking, your team, or the outcome of any match or table.

• What it includes. Pro currently includes an accent colour, the Pro badge, animated avatar and banner, Pro rings, a personal one1.gg address, a Pro role in our Discord, and faster review of item claims. Faster review means your claim is placed ahead of the free queue. It is not a guarantee that a claim will be approved or reviewed within any particular time. We may add to, change or remove individual Pro benefits, and if we remove something significant we will tell you before it takes effect.
• Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. You confirm that you are entitled to use the payment method you provide.
• Billing. Pro renews automatically for the plan period you chose, monthly or annual, until you cancel. You are charged at the start of each period, and we will tell you before every charge.
• Price changes. We may change the price of Pro. A new price only applies to renewals after we have told you, and you can cancel before it takes effect if you do not want to continue.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops future renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.
• Your right to cancel as a consumer. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content and receive a refund. Pro starts working immediately when you subscribe, and by subscribing you ask us to begin straight away and accept that you lose that 14 day right once we have. This does not affect your other legal rights, including where the Service is faulty or not as described.
• Refunds. Apart from the above, payments are non-refundable except where required by law, including where a payment was made in error or where Pro could not be delivered due to a fault on our side. To request a refund, contact support@one1.gg.
• Gifting. A gifted membership is a one-time payment, not a subscription. It does not renew, and it is non-refundable once delivered to the recipient.
• Limited time offers. We sometimes attach a reward to subscribing within a stated period, such as an event ring. The conditions shown at the time apply. Where we say a reward is kept permanently, it stays on your account even if Pro later ends.
• What happens if you cancel or a payment fails. Your accent colour, Pro rings, badge, animated avatar and banner, personal address and Discord Pro role turn off when Pro is no longer active. Your personal address is held for 30 days after Pro lapses in case you come back. If a renewal payment fails, we will try again and tell you each time, and Pro keeps working while that happens.
• Your personal address. A one1.gg address is reserved for you while Pro is active. You may not choose one that impersonates someone else, infringes a trade mark, or is offensive, and we may reclaim an address that does.
• If we end your access. If we suspend or terminate your account for breaking these Terms, Pro ends with it and is not refunded.
• Under 18. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has given permission for any purchase you make, including Pro membership and gifting Pro to another user.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users or the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
